5 Exercises for Upper-Back Strength and Shoulder Stability

I don't think too many of the people around these parts are looking for the type of over-the-top back like the image above, but what we can agree is that healthy shoulders are a definite bonus. If you're having shoulder issues, thanks partially to your ergonomics or general sedentary desk life, it might be time to address to address your upper back and shoulders, specifically the scapular stabilizers.
